Help us buy medical grade wound protection
Economists for Ukraine are coordinating an initiative to help ship life-saving medical aid to the front lines in Ukraine. We are providing high-quality tourniquets and hemostatic bandages to Kraken, 92nd brigade, 93rd brigade, and National Police of Ukraine.
After 2 years of full-scale war, Ukraine is running critically low on supplies. A single tourniquet can save the life of a frontline defender or a wounded civilian. You can save a life for as little as $25 -the cost of one tourniquet.
This shipment will go to Kharkiv, Ukraine, one of the main fronts of Russia’s renewed offensive in the East of Ukraine. We will purchase tourniquets in bulk for $23+tax, and volunteers will deliver them for free. Zero overhead.

More about this initiative
Medical-grade protection like tourniquets and Celox bandages have been in short supply since the start of the war, but the shortages increased dramatically in recent months. Individual units have difficulty procuring them, and even large aid organizations are running low. Ukrainian military units in specific locations have acute needs that are not being met in time, and we receive weekly requests directly to Economists for Ukraine.
Our direct connections with Ukrainian units and Western suppliers and volunteers enable us to deliver directly from the U.S. to places in Ukraine with most acute needs, such as Kharkiv, with zero overhead.
Small help can make a big difference. This fund will provide life-saving medical-grade aid to the front line defenders of Ukraine.
Economists for Ukraine is partnered with the AI for Good Foundation, US-based 501(c)3, 81-1631000. Your contributions will be fully tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
